Estimated results

To point out the proper Hungarian and Romanian wheat cultivars with an exceptional yield potential;
Resistant biotic stress as to rusts and leaf spots;
Tolerant to abiotic stress: soil acidity, drought etc;
High yield stability in variable environments.

The chlorophyll content determination on wheat plantlets leaves

The chlorophyll content on plantlets 3 leaves stage was checked. The plants were grown in lab conditions. Samples for DNA analysis were collected from the same plantlets and the same leaf.
The chlorophyll determination was performed using the handheld Minolta SPAD 502 Chlorophyll meter.

The chlorophyll content in the main leaf of 10 wheat genotypes (3 leaves plant stage)
